BATA INDIA LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Bata India Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the Code of Conduct of the Company to regulate, monitor and report Insider Trading in accordance with Schedule B and Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' of the Company will remain closed from May 15, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive), for consideration of the Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2016 and recommendation of declaration of dividend, if any, at a Board Meeting to be held on May 30, 2016.<BR><BR>Therefore, take on record the period of Closure of Trading Window of the Company from May 15, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).
