BATA INDIA LTD. - Board recommends Final Dividend (AGM on August 05, 2015)

Bata India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs. 6.50 per share (i.e., 65%) on the equity shares of the Company and fixed the date of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 05, 2015. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the AGM will be paid from August 19, 2015 onwards.
