In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. Maloy Kumar Gupta, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Bata India Limited ('the Company') has tendered his resignation with effect from October 31, 2017 to pursue another opportunity outside the Company. <BR> <BR> Accordingly, Mr. Maloy Kumar Gupta ceases to be the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from October 31, 2017. <BR>
