BATA INDIA LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Bata India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 05, 2014, inter alia, have decided to merge Bata Properties Limited and Coastal Commercial and Exim Limited, the two wholly owned subsidiaries, with the Company, subject to all Regulatory approvals and sanction by the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta.
