Batliboi Ltd has informed BSE that Mrs. Puneet Kapur, Chief Corporate Counsel & Company Secretary of the Company has resigned w.e.f. July 03, 2015. Therefore she ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. July 03, 2015.<BR><BR>Mr. Anand Sharma has been appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. July 04, 2015 in place of Mrs. Puneet Kapur.
