Batliboi Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company was closed on December 23, 2015 and will re-open for trading from February 01, 2016 onwards for all the Directors and Designated personnel as defined in the code.
