Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company has received orders from Deputy Excise and Taxation Commissioner of State Tax of Hisar, Haryana; State Tax Officer of Cuttack, Odisha; Assistant Commissioner of State Tax, Guwahati, Assam; Office of Assistant Commissioner of Central Tax and Central Excise, Andhra Pradesh and Office of the State Tax Officer, Taxpayer Services Circle, Kottayam, Kerala for imposing penalty on the Company for the Financial Year 2019-20. The details as required under SEBI Regulations read with Circular dated July 13, 2023, are enclosed herewith.
