In view of the above, please note that last para of the Intimation regarding meeting of Board of Directors shall be read as under: Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 2015 as amended & Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities/ shares of the Company has been already closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relative(s) from 01st October, 2025 and same shall open 48 hours after the declaration of Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025.
