The Board of Directors at its meeting held on the 28th May 2024 had approved and recommended Final Dividend @7% (Re. 0.70) per equity share subject to approval of the shareholders at the AGM to be held on the 26th September, 2024 (Thursday) at 4pm by VC/OAVM at the registered office of the Company.
