The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 28th May 2024 approved the closure of the share transfer books and register of members from Friday, September 20, 2024 to Thursday, September 26, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaring and approval of final dividend by the shareholders at the AGM to be held on Thursday, 26th September 2024.
