The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 28th May 2024 recommended a Final Dividend for the year ended 31st March 2024 @Re.0.70/- (7%) per equity shares of Rs 10 each. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the AGM to be held on Thursday, 26th September 2024, will be paid to those members whose name appear, in respect of the equity shares held in dematerialized form to those beneficial owners of the equity shares at the end of the business hours on Thursday, 19th September 2024,as per the details furnished by the depositories for this purpose.
