BCPL Railway Infrastructure Ltd - Corporate Action-Board to consider Dividend

The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 28th May 2024 recommended a final dividend @ Re0.70/- (7%) per equity shares of Rs 10 each to be paid, if approved by the shareholders at the AGM to be held on Thursday, 26th September 2024. The final dividend, if approved the the shareholders shall be paid on or before 23rd October, 2024.
