BCPL Railway Infrastructure Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Date of payment of Dividend

The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 28th May 2024 recommended a final dividend @ Re0.70/- (7%) per equity shares of Rs 10 each. The final dividend , if approved by the shareholders at the AGM to be held on 26th September 2024, shall be paid on or before 23rd October 2024.
