This is to inform you that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed for designated persons from 1st October 2022 till 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2022 of the financial year 2022-2023. The date of Board of Directors meeting for considering the unaudited financial results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2022 of the financial year 2022-2023 shall be informed in due course of time
