To re-appoint the director(s).<br/><br/>4. To take on record the Director's Report.<br/><br/>5. To close the Register of Members.<br/><br/>6. To decide the day, date and time to call the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and to take note of all the other necessary requirements to conduct such AGM.<br/><br/>7. To take on note any other activity as placed before the Board.
