This is to inform you that, compliance with the provisions of Regulation 24 A of the Listing Regulations as amended read with SEBI circular CIR/ CFD/ CMD1/ 27/2019 dated February 08, 2019 is not applicable on the Company. Consequently, our Company is not required to submit Annual Secretarial Compliance Report.
