Bella Casa Fashion & Retail Ltd - Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

Bella Casa Fashion & Retail Limited has informed that Board of Directors has declared an interim dividend of 0.60 paisa (sixty paisa) per share on 1,14,75,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2020-21. <BR> <BR> The interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21 is proposed to be paid from 08th February, 2021 to those members whose name will appear in the Register of Members of the Company as on record date i.e. 04th February, 2021, already announced for the purpose vide our letter dated 19th January, 2021<BR>
