Belrise Industries Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Scheme of Arrangement

The Board of Directors in their meeting held 11.11.2025 has approved the scheme of amalgamation between H-One India Private Limited (Transferor Company) and Belrise Industries Limited (Transferee Company) and their respective shareholders and creditors.
