BENARES HOTELS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the designated persons have been notified regarding the closure of the Trading Window from September 24, 2022 till November 2, 2022 and that the Trading Window shall open on November 3, 2022 i.e. 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the financial results are made public.
