BENARES HOTELS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 the designated persons have been notified regarding the closure of the Trading Window from March 25, 2024 till April 21, 2024 and that the Trading Window shall open on April 22, 2024 i.e., 48 (forty-eight) hours after the financial results are made public.
