Bengal & Assam Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed September 17, 2015 as the cut-off date for ascertaining the names of the Shareholders, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, who will be entitled to cast their votes electronically during September 21, 2015 (10.00 a.m.) to September 23, 2015 (5.00 p.m.), in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the aforesaid AGM.
