Bengal & Assam Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited Annual Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016 including recommendation of dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from May 23, 2016. The Trading Window shall reopen 48. hours after the said audited Financial Statements are made public.
