Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the Listing Regulations, we inform that Mr. Arindom Rao, has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company by the Board of Directors at their Board Meeting held today.
