Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 1.04.2024 have resolved to pass Special /Ordinary Resolution for Appointment of Mr. Raghav Lall and Mr. Mudit Kumar as Independent Directors for a term of 5 consecutive years with effect from 1st April, 2024 to 31st March, 2029 each, and Appointment of Mr. Kushagra Kanoria as Whole time Director for a term of 3 years with effect from 1st April, 2024 to 31st March, 2027 subject to approval of the Members through Postal Ballot.The Schedule of events for Postal ballot is enclosed. The Register of Members/List of Beneficial Owners as on Friday, 29.03.2024 (End of Day) will be considered for the purpose of sending Notice of Postal Ballot and for providing remote e-voting facility to the members.
