The Board at its Meeting has recommended a Dividend of Re. 1/- (i.e., 10%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2024, for the approval of the Members at the AGM; to the Members whose name appears in the Register of Members as on the cut - off date of 2nd August, 2024 (end of day).The voting rights of the Members of the Company, for e-Voting (including remote e-Voting) at the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled to be held through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) on Friday, 9th August, 2024 will be reckoned for the Members, whose names appear in the Register of Members / list of Beneficial Owners as on the cut- off date of 2nd August, 2024 (end of day).
