Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the Listing Regulations, we inform that Mr. Abhijit Datta (DIN: 00790029) has stepped down/resigned from the position of the 'Non-Executive Independent Director' of the Company with effect from today, i.e. 24th February, 2021 due to his advancing age and other commitments.
