Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) read with Part A, Para A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, we hereby submit copies of the newspaper publications made on 29th July, 2021 in 'Business Standard' (English) (All Editions) and 'Aajkal' (Bengali) (Kolkata Edition) and both also having electronic editions, in compliance with MCA General Circular No. 20/2020 dated 5th May, 2020 read with General Circular No. 02/2021 dated 13th January, 2021, in relation to the 97th Annual General Meeting of the Company, scheduled to be held on Friday, 27th August, 2021 through Video Conferencing ('VC') or Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM').
