BERGER PAINTS INDIA LTD. - Announcement Under Reg 30 - (Updates) : Signing Of Technology Agreement

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that Ramkrishna Mission Vidyamandir, Belur has signed a technology agreement with Berger Paints India Limited for exploration of pilot-scale and subsequent industrial-scale production of green ammonia by electrocatalytic method without using green hydrogen.
