Pursuant to PIT Regulations and the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for trading in the securities of the Company will be closed from July 01, 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2024 for the Directors and Key Management Personnel/ Designated Persons/ Connected Persons of the Company.
