BGR Energy Systems Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 03, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1).<BR><BR>Further, as per the code of conduct of insider trading regulations, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all insiders of the Company from July 21, 2015 to August 05, 2015 (both days inclusive).
