BHAGWATI AUTOCAST LTD. - Board recommends Dividend

Bhagwati Autocast Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 23, 2014, inter alia, has passed the following resolutions :<br/><br/>1. Board has recommended dividend of Rs. 0.90 per equity shares of Rs. 10 each (9%) for 2013-14.<br/><br/>2. Board has appointed Mr. Dinesh K. Sheth as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company.<br/><br/>3. Board has also appointed Mr. Nimish C. Sakhiya as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
