Bhagwati Autocast Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 10, 2014 to September 24, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 24, 2014.
