This is to inform that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, read with the Company''s 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and immediate relatives of Designated Persons' (The Code), the trading window shall remain closed for persons covered under the Code from 1st July, 2020, until 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ending on June 30, 2020.
