With reference to above cited subject and reference, we would like to inform you as per the Regulation 30(7) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 that the Company has invested 18% of equity shares consisting of 2,25,000 equity shares of M/s. Surana Healthcare Private Limited at fair value of Rs.10/- each aggregating to an amount of Rs. 22,50,000/- (Rupees Twenty Two Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only) and the above said transaction was completed today i.e 17th October, 2022.
