BHANDARI HOSIERY EXPORTS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the company for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Promoters, Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday, 01st April, 2021 till Forty Eight (48) hours after the announcement of Financial Results for quarter and year ending 31st March, 2021 to the Stock Exchanges.
