It is hereby further informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 30th August, 2021 has appointed Mrs. Misha Gupta as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 31st August, 2021 as per the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with its applicable Rules and Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
