Please find enclosed herewith the copies of the Newspapers 'The Financial Express' dated 13.11.2021 and 'Nawan Zamana' dated 13.11.2021 in which Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2021 have been published by the Company, pursuant to Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The said results were reviewed by the Audit Committee in its Meeting held on 12.11.2021 and were approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held on 12.11.2021.
