Bhandari Hosiery Exports Ltd has submitted to BSE a copy of Policy for Determination of Materiality under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulation, 2015.<BR><BR>The above said policy was approved by the Board of directors at their meeting held on November 02, 2015 and shall become applicable w.e.f. December 01, 2015.
