Bhanderi Infracon Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended (''''SEBI PIT 2015'''') and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, it is hereby notified that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the insiders as defined under the SEBI PIT 2015 shall remain closed from 1st April, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of results for the half year ended and year ended 31st March, 2021.
