Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 13, 2015, inter alia, have considered and approved the following :<BR><BR>- Re-constitution of the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee (SRC) of Company by way of inducting Mr. Jayesh B. Bhansali as member of the Committee w.e.f. August 13, 2015.
