The Company has been making all the necessary disclosures having bearing on the operation/performance of the Company from time to time which include all price sensitive information and information concerning the Company, pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 and has not withheld any material information/event that in our opinion would have bearing on the movement in price/volume of the scrip. The Company shall continue to make necessary disclosures, within the stipulated time as per the said regulation.
