Bharat Dynamics Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, (as amended) the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Insiders including Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st July 2022 till 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended 30th June 2022.
