Bharat Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Company's "Code of Conduct and Fair Disclosure Procedure for Regulating, Monitoring, Reporting and Prohibition of Insider Trading in BEL Securities" framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 10, 2015 to November 01, 2015.
