Bharat Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on July 24, 2015 inter alia, to consider and approve, the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1).<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the Company's "Code of Conduct and Fair Disclosure Procedure for Regulating, Monitoring, Reporting and Prohibition of Insider Trading in BEL Securities" framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from July 04, 2015 to July 26, 2015.
