BHARAT FORGE LTD. - Board recommends Final Dividend

Bharat Forge Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2014, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share of Rs. 2/- each (125%), subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
