Bharat Forge Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 4, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2013 subjected to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company (Q3).<br/><br/>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for all Directors and designated personnel from January 27, 2014 till February 05,2014 (both days inclusive).
