BHARAT GEARS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Bharat Gears Ltd has informed BSE that the next Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 06, 2014, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In purview of the above, pursuant to the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the shares of the Company for Promoters / Promoter Group / Directors and Designated Employees of the Company shall be closed from October 18, 2014 to November 07, 2014 (both days inclusive).
