Pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is informed that the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of BHEL after Limited Review for & upto the quarter ended 30th September, 2017 have been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 7th November, 2017.
