BHARAT HEAVY ELECTRICALS LTD. - Board declares Interim Dividend

Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2015, inter alia, has declared and approved payment of Interim Dividend @ 27% i.e. Re. 0.54 per equity share for the financial year 2014-15.<BR><BR>Interim Dividend shall be paid/ dispatched on February 27, 2015.
