Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd has informed BSE that in line with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of BHEL has approved the "BHEL Code of Conduct for Regulating & Reporting Trading by Insiders and for Fair Disclosure, 2015 to come into effect from May 15, 2015.
